I have worked in the mental health field for the past nine years, four years of inpatient hospital experience at Lancaster General and five years in the community running a job training program at Goodwill. I am familiar with the major service providers in the Lancaster area and have developed positive working relationships with case managers, vocational counselors, school districts and support coordinators throughout my career.Some of my academic interests include SMIs, public policy, criminal justice, environmental issues, and the social determinants of health.I have been told by coworkers and management that I am calm, level-headed, patient, and always able to meet a deadline.
