Experienced with Signia smart stapling devices and endoscopic gastrointestinal devices.- Designed and executed methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment from the field.- Prepared technical investigation reports-based evaluations and reviewed manufacturing plant reports to be documented and incorporated in the customer response letter.- Collaborated with cross functional teams including manufacturing, design, and research and development to ensure quality standards and in place and improve current standard operating procedures (SOPs).- Ensured corrective measures met acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with the requirements of industry regulatory bodies.
