Responsible for the technical implementation and ongoing operations of our analytics platforms for two of our largest clients, a major health care payer and a large IPA, which spans 95 data feeds across both clients. Integration development efforts to build data source connectors under my leadership has accounted for approximately 50% of the connectors in Arcadia’s portfolio.

Reporting and Analytics: Technical lead on a 5-person team that was brought in to replace the existing managed analytics group at one of the largest community health centers in the Pacific North West.Business Consultant: Part of large team that was contracted to assist a health care insurer’s migration from an antiquated claims and billing system to Facets. My involvement spanned multiple years and multiple roles and responsibilities.

Supported production line by designing fixtures and tools to make assembly processes faster and more ergonomic. Eliminated operator error on a high failure rate assembly with a poka-yoke solution. Responsible for creating 3-D models and 2-D drawings for all designs.Contributed numerous cost saving opportunities for current designs and in design reviews of unreleased designs.Performed immersion testing and vibration testing on radios in accordance with MIL-STD-810 G to verify design changes would not compromise performance.Acted as Hardware Components Engineer in addition to other duties when the department was short staffed. Responsible for meticulously adding new components to our Product lifecycle Management software to ensure seamless integration when used in new designs. Promptly answered all hardware questions from both internal customers and suppliers to ensure the production line was not halted.Responsible for determining root cause on high failure rate field failures and designing long term solutions.Acted as a liaison for MEDS group in a technology data transfer with the GCSD branch of Harris, answering technical questions and sharing pertinent data.

Part of a team that used the Kaizen process to identify inefficiencies in stockroom procedures, costing Harris thousands of dollars a day in down time.Compiled information from engineers to rewrite an outdated standards document containing quality expectations from all suppliers. Document is now used internally for quality inspection of all received parts and provides Harris with leverage over suppliers when parts are rejected for not meeting standards.Evaluated assorted radio components that were flagged as defective, and made fact based decisions to either use or return parts to suppliers through the use of technical drawings and communication with engineers.

Wrote fact sheets (white papers) to concisely describe new programs. Fact sheets were distributed to senators and other outside individuals, as well as published on the Army Lab's website. Performed research to assist in vendor selection of army equipment, including a cost-benefit analysis of both existing products and custom builds to meet requirements.Wrote technical reports to support ongoing programs as well as helped prepare final reports for closeout programs.
