I am a Documentation Specialist with a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where I studied Journalism and Professional Writing. Until recently, I had been working at Seres Therapeutics, a commercial biotechnology company that utilizes the microbiome to revolutionize the treatment of various diseases, for over a year and a half.At Seres Therapeutics, I served as a liaison between Manufacturing Operations and Quality Assurance, ensuring that the products are consistently produced and controlled in accordance with the quality standards set by regulatory agencies. I collaborated with multiple support groups, such as Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Bioprocess and Facilities, to support the transfer of process changes to manufacturing operations. I also promote data and product integrity, to ensure the safety and efficacy of the therapies for patients and clinical trial subjects. I have developed skills in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Veeva Vault, as well as interviewing, writing, and research. I am passionate about the biotechnology industry and its potential to improve human health and well-being. I am eager to join a team that shares this vision and values, and that can benefit from my diverse perspectives and experiences as a Documentation Associate with a Journalism background.
