Provided ‘cradle to grave’ production and financial project management. Production: Researched and authored feasibility studies, marketing proposals and RFQ responses. Developed and ensured adherence to project schedules, scheduled staff, led project status meetings and design sessions, mentored junior staff and coordinated quality assurance. Served as daily point of contact for clients and sub‐consultant teams, state agencies and regulators. Led CA services, resolved issues during construction and negotiated contractor proposals. Reconciled schedules, performed final punch‐lists, regulatory compliance measures and project closeout. Financial: Authored proposals to clients, sub‐consultant work authorizations, produced real‐time earned value assessment reports, design team budget updates, reviewed sub‐consultant invoices, issued invoices to clients, prepared requests for additional services and pursued receivables. Reported to CFO, managing partner and president - responsible for 2.5 million dollars in architectural fees.

Responsible for design option development, production, detailing, product research & selection, code research and construction administration support. Generated renderings and prepared existing conditions documentation. Integrated LEED initiatives and coordinated with USGBC to obtain certification.
