Group Sales Account Executive
CurrentCreate and implement strategic plans to drive group sales and achieve revenue goals for group ticket packages, including corporate events, schools, and community organizationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.Work closely with marketing, promotions, and game operations teams to coordinate group events, promotions, and special offers.Track and report on sales activities, revenue performance, and client interactions. Provide regular updates to management and adjust strategies based on performance data.Oversee the planning and execution of group events at the ballpark, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and their guests.Collect feedback from clients and attendees to continuously improve the group sales experience and address any issues or concerns promptly.Manage sales contracts, process payments, and handle administrative tasks related to group sales, including maintaining accurate records and databases.Work with other sales team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving overall team goals.
