• Manage and schedule origin pipeline moves for 1/3 of Los Angeles gasoline demand to whole marketing customers and third-party bulk buyers for the Torrance Refinery• Lead operations for PBF’s largest oil offtake agreement with Shell Trading, transacting an average between 600K-800K barrels of oil each month, valued at ~$100M• Coordinate with refinery personnel to construct daily/weekly blend plans to synthesis refined oil with chemical components for gasoline production• Liaise commercial, refinery E&P, and optimization team to make sure each barrel/grade of gasoline is fully optimized for maximum profit before leaving refinery• Create efficiencies in PBF’s gasoline supply chain by working with the refinery, and pipeline companies ensuring that pipeline shipping schedules were met daily without delay or error• Assist products trader in forecasting demand, tracking trends and decision making for short/long term trades• Prepare daily trading and scheduling summary consisting of updated trade position and market structure insight• Forecast monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue, costs, and overall volume within ETRM software application, Rightangle,for executive and shareholder reporting

• Lead operations for ~60K barrels a day of pipeline destination tenders to whole marketing fuel terminals for gasoline, diesel, and biofuels across Southern California• Operational functions inclusive of, but not limited to, scheduling methods of transportation (i.e. rail, trucks, marine barges/vessels) used to ship gasoline and ethanol• Developed and implemented current plan to meet wholesale buyer contract obligations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis• Optimized ethanol supply and demand chain, heavily focused on reducing secondary cost such as rail demurrage, trucking freight, marine demurrage, and fuel bunkering costs

• Managed $500M per month derivative position, developed hedging strategies and daily future contract executions for both gasoline and heating oil• Built physical inventory book for entire refinery to manage daily pricing exposure risk• Tracked profit and loss for all oil products, ethanol, wholesale marketing ensuring all positions were compliant with theLow Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) and the AB 32 Global Warming Solutions Act• Responsible for compiling numerous forecasting reports and analysis to monitor spot market pricing, future prices, refinerycrack spreads, overall gasoline demand and imports for various refined oil products

• Selected by PBF Western Region President to relocate from corporate headquarters to open California satellite office upon purchase of west coast assets• Managed all domestic & international crude financial settlements for all PBF pipeline, and waterborne purchases• Reconciled physical inventory numbers against financial statements and internal accounting/ETRM software such asRightangle and SAP• Collaborated with multiple operational teams to ensure cash flow would not hold up commercial activity
