Nicholas Dowling brings over 20+ years of food and beverage experience to the table. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, he has worked among some of the best chefs in America. His experience is diverse, having worked every position from dishwasher to line cook all the way to Front of House manager and even expanding out to a producer role as Head Distiller for one of America’s top young craft distilleries before opening his own restaurant in 2018, Daps Breakfast and Imbibe in Charleston, SC.
