Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory, life cycle management and related documentation. Identify areas for network improvement and propose solutions to IT Manager. Conduct testing on regular intervals to ensure that LSC network systems work as expected. Provide door system software installation, configuration and support. Manages LSC Cell phone plan. Provide second/third level helpdesk support to customers.
