I am a passionate, enthusiastic, people focused manager. I pride myself on my ability to lead and inspire large teams through multiple management levels to want to achieve their very best. I am analytical by nature so the detail is very rarely lost on me. I have been responsible, on various occasions of successfully redeveloping warehouse and transport operations with the purpose of improving safety, increasing efficiency and to accommodate new contracts into multi user warehouses. My belief is the best way to implement change is to work in collaboration with all relevant people and departments, ensuring that everyone is involved and bought into what we want to achieve. I believe the key to driving continuous improvement is to ensure your teams are fully engaged and invested.
