Nicholas has over 10 years experience in sales, customer service and training. Currently Nicholas holds a position with Impel, as an Implementation Specialist. With over 5 years of training experience, Nicholas brings a wealth of creativity and leadership to the workplace. As a facilitator, Nicholas was responsible for fostering the development of several employees. As an Implementation Specialist, Nicholas works directly with clients to implement and integrate digital merchandising and AI products to existing platforms. Nicholas has been recognized as a top performer by winning several awards and prizes. Nicholas has twin daughters that are his driving force inside and outside of any work space. As an Alumni, Nicholas is all for anything and everything Syracuse Orange.
