Graduate from Miami-Dade College with an education in pre-law and human services. I have professional experience in meeting/training facilitation, adult learning, training production/implementation, data analytics, and procedural-based processing. I am goal-driven, with high attention to detail and high energy. Every day is on opportunity to improve and learn, and I am a quick learner, especially with new skills/techniques and concepts. I believe I am an ideal team player, who’s decision making is predicated on both hard data and instinct. Utilizes 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX), learnings from Six Sigma, and experience from project management and facilitated adult training sessions to publish/deliver products that strive to achieve expectations and surpass them. I have recently begun a journey of learning, aiming to improve my Learning & Development skills that I’ve learned over the years with proven scientific and industry methods, including implementing learnings from neuroscience, up to inclusion-based learning, and everything in between. I have a successful record of accomplishment of meeting and exceeding company and departmental objectives by implementing innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, or in some cases rectify error trends to meet the standards of the department. I am skilled in strategic planning, project management, hiring and development, and project piloting & implementation. I also have advanced knowledge in data analytics, which includes advanced techniques in Excel and PowerPoint. Along with my proficiency in Excel, I have intermediate knowledge working with Standard Query Language (SQL) to pull data using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio from numerous databases. Using data to identify opportunities for improvement. I have worked with the Department of Children and Families for the entirety of my career, and have learned a great deal about training, project management, data, and more; And I hope to use that knowledge and experience in future endeavors with your team!
