I am a young customer service specialist with hopes to improve and expand my skills. I have spent the past four years utilizing several pieces of internal and public software to assist both my clientele and colleagues. My work has been a steady variety of both client-facing and company-facing projects and positions. Through these projects I have become well versed with the Microsoft Office suite including Active and Outlook.My strongest skill will always be interacting with clients and colleagues. I have spent the past four years working with credit-card and retail banking. More recently in the last two years I have worked with a wide variety of internal computer systems to assist high-net-worth clients as well as colleagues who served the same clientele. I have also trained other employees in basic new-hire roles as well as for escalated divisions of the bank.
