• Supervise an office of 4 individuals in conducting Combat Crew Comm duties. These duties include obtaining new cryptographic keys, ensuring proper documentation and procedures are being followed to protect cryptographic keys from exposure to foreign adversaries, and issuing cryptographic keys to aircrews as necessary for secure communications.• Create new Emergency Action Plans (EAP’s) as well as updating existing EAP’s to ensure proper controls are in place for protecting Communications Security (COMSEC) equipment in the case of an emergency.• Create new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and update existing SOP’s as necessary to ensure effective processes are in place. These processes streamline the effective use of cryptographic keys while providing the best security possible and maintaining accountability of keys.• Spearheaded a change that increased efficiency and provided a more effective process at supplying aircrews with the cryptographic keys needed to conduct operations. This change freed aircrews and Combat Crew Communications Technicians hundreds of wasted manhours each month which were pivoted towards more productive activities.
