As Literacy Coordinator, former Principal, teacher and After-School Program Director, I know that education comes in various forms. With that, in leadership understanding the needs of all stakeholders and understanding how to engage with them to achieve desired outcomes is vital to the health of the community. My vision is to create an environment where people feel safe, challenged and seen as the work towards both collaborative and individual goals that embrace creativity and possibility. In the midst of it all I believe in the power of relationships and storytelling as a through line bridging our humanity as we push forward together.
