I am in charge over five different apartments including fifty six staff and eight teen individuals. I ensure that the individuals have all their needs met, and are safe and healthy. I attend psychology and medical appointments with them and help them with workshop. I make goals that the staff will track progress with, as well as hold yearly meetings to help assess their needs and placement. All of this leading to helping them acquire a greater ability to live life independently.
