started my working life at Norwich electrical after completing my apprenticeship I worked for Ronald Wright electrical carrying out council house rewires .After this I went to work for Parkersell lighting carrying out lighting maintenance after about 3 years I was promoted to area manager I was the Niceic qs for a number of years.I was involved in recruiting new engineers and running the office planning work and dealing with customers.I set up the Norwich office along with my manager.I was there for 29 years during this time my role changed and the company changed I ended up as project supervisor for Mitie on the prime contract.I moved to GSH with the contract but was made redundant in 2011.I became self employed for 3 years then went to work for Key electrical carrying out testing throughout the UK .My next job was with Interserve at Norfolk Police HQ as site electrician I became site supervisor after about a year.l am now an electrical supervisor working for Norse on the NCHC contract maintaing the local community hospitals around Norfolk.
