CurrentI am responsible for direct communication with customers and providing a great customer experience. I also dispatch multiple truck teams throughout the Omaha/council bluffs/Lincoln and surrounding areas ensuring that we make it on time for our customers 2-hour promise time windows. I manage a group of great people and focus on employee retention and also discipline when necessary. I still regularly go out in the field and deal with customers directly by providing accurate estimates and completing projects ranging from a few pieces of scrap wood to and entire house clean out and everything in between. I fill out multiple spread sheets on multiple platforms daily to keep track of our KPI’s. I regularly report to upper management and attend meetings both virtually and in person. I also have my other operation managers report directly to me and assist them in any way possible to ensure the company runs smoothly.
