I have nearly 30 years of legal and management experience with domestic and international law firms, corporate entities and government regulatory agencies.My legal background is broad-ranging, including advising in relation to commercial transactions, telecommunications, joint ventures, corporations law, leases, insolvency, dispute resolution and litigation. I also have corporate secretarial experience and qualifications gained through the AICD company directors course.My experience also extends to regulatory and government affairs, having recently managed the regulation of political funding, expenditure and disclosure by the Electoral Commission of South Australia. I am commercially minded with strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to think strategically and manage risk.
