Nick is an operations leader with experience driving change and supporting growth from the shop floor to the board room. In his current role, he is supporting Re:Build Optimation's growth strategy as the business unit's Lean & Continuous Improvement Leader. In this capacity he is identifying, prioritizing, coaching, and executing on value creation initiatives across business functions (EH&S, sales & marketing, estimating & proposals, design, scheduling, project management, production, and supply chain) impacting significant top line growth and capacity expansion.Previously, Nick supported sourcing & inventory management workstreams within the American Industrial Partners portfolio. Additionally, Nick previously consulted for public & private clients on major operational excellence initiatives while at Accenture Strategy. Nick received his MBA and Master’s in Mechanical Engineering at MIT through the Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) programs and is a graduate of GE’s Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP), where he built extensive experience in shop floor management and trained with industry leaders on Lean manufacturing & Six Sigma tools & methodologies. He received his Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
