I have been working back in the hospitality industry since my return from Sth East Asia and have worked as an operational & marketing consultant for the following companies, MUMU Grill, Woodland Neutral Bay, Lone Star Steakhouses, Via Napoli Pizzeria, Buffalos Burgers & Wings & Mad Pizza E Bar (current.)

Owned and managed a top ten restaurant out of 164 competitors according to Trip Advisor.

Built the brands wholesale and retail presence in the region from one small store to a multi store operation. Established warehouse, shipping and import licenses and dealt directly with our retail partners on ordering, product mix, branding and all areas of sales and marketing. Responsible for the overall financial performance of the company including P&L accountability and business development in conjunction with the ongoing development of Hurley as the leading premium surf brand in Bali.

Started one of Australia's first and most successful, dedicated action sports distribution companies in 1992. Originally founded on promoting the new sport of snowboarding we developed media (VHS and later DVD) and distribution for brands like Forum, SB and 4 Square outerwear. Expanded into surf and moto-x by representing and introducing "Crusty Demons of Dirt" and Poor Specimen into the Australian market and established them as market leaders. Developed and maintained a distribution company that serviced over 1,200 accounts Australia and NZ wide in multi-level sales and marketing from core to mainstream stores. Sold business in 2009 to move to Sth Asia to develop business there.

Started first Australian snowboarding magazine and developed it into a world class publication that was recognized in the US and Europe.

Helped developed Beyond's initial exporting of their program as was responsible for initiating international sales of Australian TV content across multiple formats and countries.
