I have served in the United States Air Force for 22 years in the Aerospace Maintenance career field. In this time I have had the pleasure of being able to learn and master many different jobs, such as 3 years in Maintenance Operations Center, where I controlled all aircraft maintenance dispatch calls, set up meetings for upper management and learned to multi task. I also was a Quality Assurance Evaluator/Inspector for 3 years, where I learned to communicate with contractors, inspect multiple multi-million dollar contracts, review contracts for contract bid proposals, and of course relay all requirements to the contractors from the customers as needed. I have Managed the inspection section as an Isochronal Doc Chief for 1 year, where I learned how to manage multiple processes at once and lead hundreds of maintainers through thousands of inspections on over 200 Million dollar aircraft. While managing all of these processes I also worked directly with all contractors that were hired to complete aircraft modifications worth tens of millions of dollars. I ran the Aircraft Maintenance Support Section for 3 years, allowing me to learn how to directly develop personnel as a Section Chief. I learned how to work excel programs for work schedule management and brief needs for support of over 10,000 pieces of equipment/tools. Here I was put in charge of the Government Purchase Card Program for the Squadron as well. I learned to manage spending requirements with the minimal amount of funds we received and manage spending spreadsheets ensuring that we met all requirements and stayed within our budget along with forecasting future requirements. I was put in charge of Aircraft Production as the Production Superintendent. I did this for about 2 years, here I learned how to manage flightline aircraft maintenance and sortie generation and ensuring military leaders were informed on all necessary information through Production meetings. I then was put in the Lead Production Superintendent role. Here I directly supervised 6-12 Production Superintendents, Ensured overall flying schedule effectiveness, managed all scheduled maintenance scheduling, and building schedules for the Pro Supers under me to ensure 24/7 coverage with no gaps. Lastly, I began hitting the gym as a hobby many years ago. I started training others to help them succeed in their fitness goals and found that I truly enjoy helping others achieve their goals, whether its physical, work, or life goals.
