Brought in to provide support for the development of a brand new Billing & Subscription engine for use across global customers of NSF. Gathered and refined requirements from internal stakeholders and helped form aspects of the Technical Design Document.

Began with specialising in Billings & Subscriptions, then grew to manage several global Platforms as well as managing and supporting a key Account within the organisation.

Analyst responsible for the maintenance and on-going use of 3rd Party Billing Engine used in conjunction with newest Platform. Liaising with the internal and external support teams to ensure that Finance requirements were monitored and listened to when engaging new Accounts.

Daily recording of cash alongside the maintenance of the Receivables Log. Liaising with both the internal Sales team and external customers to ensure visibility of incoming cash was possible. Monthly Bank Account reconciliations along with ad-hoc AR queries.

Assisting the running of a high end busy wine merchants, dealing with knowledgeable customers on a daily basis to meet monthly targets.
