Qualifying Broker

- Interact with current and potential new clients to locate real estate that meets their needs to buy, sell or lease.- Conduct market research, financial analysis', distribution of materials, showings, and contract negotiations. - Provide quality service with seamless experiences for our clients

• Engage all members and potential members of the organization to increase transparency and participation• Plan, coordinate, and organize events and activities for the chapter, leading to chapter unity• Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization’s vision, mission, and overall direction

• Acting chief executive officer of the Theta Tau chapter to develop and implement strategies to achieve chapter excellence • Delegate fraternity responsibilities to executive council members to ensure successful philanthropic and social events • Lead meetings for 90 members in order to increase awareness of fraternity operations and gather feedback from members • Acting liaison between university and community, administrators, or organizations, resulting in improved relations

- Engage all brothers and associate members of the organization to improve chapter unity and participation- Plan, coordinate, and organize all events for the fraternity- Document and file all Executive Council and chapter meetings

- Aided children in elementary and middle with their daily school work to improve their academic progress resulting in all students moving onto the next grade- Developed activities based on the individual which helped each student grasp concepts taught in school and perform higher on assessments.
