• Record, analyse & match receipts for Singapore & Hong Kong offices
• Ensure all cashbooks are updated timely
• Follow up on unallocated cash from bank reconciliation reports
• Ensure unallocated receipts are matched on a timely basis and maintained at an acceptable level
• Handle internal & external stakeholders’ enquiries, resolving disputes arises from day to day operations

• 3rd party and Intercompany invoicing; Of various initiatives of the ACIA Centre such as Inpoint, Remetrica, ReView, Cyber, Finaccord, with support from India and Krakow support teams
• Accounts receivables, receipt allocation and credit control activities in relation to the above initiatives invoiced, and partnering with Business on improving collections, mitigating bad debt risk

• Banking; working with India support team to ensure bank entries are recorded correctly, assist in bank reconciliations, and execution of adhoc banking transactions through Bank portals/Workday.
• Revenue reconciliation; Working with FPA team to reconcile monthly revenue of various initiatives billed.
