Job ObjectivesThis role involves working as part of the Finance Operations team. The primary role isresponsible for performing accounts receivable activities for Singapore & Hong Kong offices.Duties and Responsibilities• Record, analyse & match receipts for Singapore & Hong Kong offices• Ensure all cashbooks are updated timely• Follow up on unallocated cash from bank reconciliation reports• Ensure unallocated receipts are matched on a timely basis and maintained at an acceptable level• Handle internal & external stakeholders’ enquiries, resolving disputes arises from day to day operations• Process credit card deductions• Participate in process improvement projects which further enhance the efficiency of Finance Operations• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
