- Processing and managing advertising creative material for Yahoo!’s advertising customers and ensuring campaign is launched successfully.- Reviewing advertising creative material against Yahoo! specifications and policies- Changing advertising materials as requested by client- Performing requested revisions to campaign for optimization purposes- Work directly with Account Managers, Account Directors and end Advertisers to provide support with day to day tasks and optimizations.- Advertiser contact on billing related issues (managing insertion orders, invoicing questions, billing triage, etc.)- Run reports (including custom) on Advertiser performance and provide insights and next steps.- Partner with internal operations team on a variety of issues and projects and run point through resolution.- Gather research and case studies for sales presentations when needed.- Provide coverage for Account Managers while they are out of the office.
