I serve Burns & McDonnell as an Supplier Quality Specialist in the Construction Design-Build group. Has/Have performed the following duties, • Perform selected shop visits and inspections biased on project requirements and needs. Per applicable codes such as; AWS D1.1, ASME section VIII, XI, API 510, 570, 653, 1104.• Perform in process / random welding audits using AWS calibrated hand measuring tools to measure weld size. • Perform final inspections including but not limited to final weld quality, dimensional verification per the applicable fabrication drawings.• Quality Assurance review of all final supporting documentation prior to product shipment.• Responsible for supporting the company’s programs for supplier quality and performance.• Developing project plans for supplier surveillance and expediting.• Preparing project budget estimates and monitoring project expenditures.• Provide input for establishment of ITP’s and Inspection levels.• Provide input for the development of inspection budgets.• Developing specific inspection instructions / assignments.• Preparing inspection assignment packages.• Reviewing and approving proposed inspection resources.• Attend critical Pre-inspection meetings with inspectors.• Maintaining Inspection logs / schedules.• Supporting inspection resources with scheduling of activities at suppliers. (where required)• Performing technical review on reports and Distributing reports to the project teams.• Review and follow up conclusion of any NCR’s and Identify required follow up actions and individuals and ensuring if any follow up actions are needed and are completed and all information is passed along to all involved personnel.• Review Welding Procedures with supporting PQR’s and Welder qualifications. • Review and follow up of any and all release processes.• Review and closeout of inspection files.• Acting as liaison with clients, suppliers, and project staff. Mr. Fritch served Foley Equipment in the Radiator Shop division. He has extensive experience in the Heating and Air Exchanger Industry; experience in welding, repairing and fabrication in the heavy equipment and agriculture equipment industry. Welding with MIG and Fluxcore as well as soldering and brazing. Has performed the following duties, • Managed and completed the repairs of products from the start to end of the repair process.• Fabrication of custom heat exchangers, Oil, Water and Air.• Custom fabrication experience with copper, brass, bronze and various carbon steels. • Preparing project budget estimates and monitoring project expenditures.• Responsible for supporting the company’s programs and performance.• Developing project plans for surveillance and expediting.• Managing and ordering shop supplies.• Acting as liaison with clients, suppliers, and staff. (Office and Field)• Scheduling and ordering of materials to meet project and customers deadlines. • Maintaining a clean and safe shop working environment.
