Managing quality on hold issues. Ensuring suppliers adhere to company quality assurance requirements and procedures. • Assessing test reports, advising on test failures and solutions. Managing garment wearer trials when required.

Ladieswear - Menswear - Kidswear Multi-Product - Supplier.Key Responsibilities - • Managing the garment fitting process from initial design though to production. • Developing graded specs from initial designs and reference samples. • Fitting garments and writing fit comments with photos and sketches. Liaising with factories in China, India and Turkey from initial design through to production to help achieve a clear and smooth sealing process. • Pattern alterations, measuring patterns and checking and measuring garments. • Working closely with the Designers and Production Manager from initial design to ensure designs are workable for production. • Factory visits to China, India, Turkey for bulk production checks and development.Conducting quality control inspections with immediate on site problem solving. • Working with fast response deliveries and fitting garments quickly and accurately in order to meet the critical path. • Implementing warehouse inspections for quality control.
