As an Account Executive at R+L Carriers, one of the largest and most comprehensive less-than-truckload networks in North America, I conduct daily face-to-face customer visits to drive local sales increases. I educate our customers on all transportation services that R+L Carriers offers, and gain targeted market share in key lanes. I also prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals, and stay updated on market trends and competitors within my assigned territory. I have a BA in Sports and Leisure from Midwestern State University, where I developed my communication and interpersonal skills, as well as my passion for teamwork and customer service. Prior to joining R+L Carriers in Sep 2022, I worked as a Local Account Executive at XPO Logistics, Inc. and a Safety Specialist at Amazon, where I honed my skills in negotiation, relationship building, risk assessment, and compliance.
