I am a part of the Managment team in Orlando. I am responsible for three departments, Prepress, Plate-making, Ink. Our department synergies allow us to provide a quick responses to high volume workloads. Digital & automated workflows give our prepress department the ability output a high volume of accurate work. Our cross-functional team works within our flexibles division to support other print facilities with prepress and plate making. Serves on a steering committee for printing excellence driving continuous improvement for the flexible packaging division. Added responsibilities managing EHS program.

Manage all aspects as it relates to schedule, budgets, personnel, training, new equipment purchasing and new product technologies. Supported multiple print facilities within our Division with Prepress and plates both in North America and Europe. Created and implement prepress process controls to ensure all flexo presses achieve color and productions make ready goals. Responsible for three departments, Prepress, Plate-making and Mounting at our Orlando facility. Extensive prepress knowledge on preparing artwork for multiple products such as die cut lids, pouches, bags, shrink sleeves and film.

Direct involvement with clients in reviewing, designing and processing artwork for prepress. Strategic in the developing our in-house digital graphics department from a film based department. Converted our film based proofing system to a digital solution. Eight direct reports on 2 shifts, with extensive interaction with VP of Production and Vp of Operations.
