E&I Technician
CurrentResponsible for maintaining and repairing up to 11 separate high speed production lines that have multiple different machines per line. Including but not limited to, Perini and PCMC Winders, TMC wrappers, Case packers, Line diverters, and all connecting conveyors. Also responsible for crossmill and unitizers with Fanuc robotics. I bring 12 years of experience and training with the mentality of efficiency, safety, and longevity. Every day there is a need for the execution of quick witted practical solutions and the ability to utilize tools correctly. I work at providing the company with quality work along with the speed it takes to get a machine back up and running safely after a major or minor issue during production periods. Required to record, develop a plan of action, and implement solutions to reduce future down time for similar occasion’s. Team meetings held to discuss daily activity and to bring up ideas and concerns that may help in the companies overall ability to sustain a well maintained production system.
