Being a inbound marketing specialist at NeoCertified means that I have many different responsibilities. One of my responsibilities is maintaining the website for my company. Focusing mostly on the technical aspects of the website I am in charge of installing new plugins, managing updates, editing HTML, CSS, Java, jQuery, and PHP files using Dreamweaver. I have also learned how to install SSL certificates, as well as migrating the site to new servers to best display our content. The technical aspect of the companies site is not my sole focus as I have created many images for the website using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom. I am also responsible for SalesForce administration functions and development for my company. Being the SalesForce admin for company means that I am in charge of improving the function, ease of use, and researching third party apps for additional functionality such as credit card processing. Part of my role as the SalesForce admin has lead to my developing natively in SalesForce using the developer console and writing code in Apex for different triggers and classes. When I am not working directly on a project, I am assisting with support, doing remote sessions with clients or simply helping them over the phone. My responsibilities are always expanding, allowing me to learn more about marketing and writing code, and the how to use the tools I have in the most efficient manner.

Being a product support analyst meant I had to be on my toes. My main focus was that I help our customers with any issues they may be experiencing while using our product, technical or user error. I had to problem solve on the fly, diagnosing what may be the problem. Once I had identified an issue, and the proper solution, I created guides for future employees, improving customer service and the customer experience. I use SalesForce to track any outstanding issues, follow up with development, and the customer, ensuring that they feel taken care of. I worked with our sales team, setting up new accounts, ensuring that information is recorded correctly in SalesForce and our system, and then following up with the customer to ensure they feel comfortable with the product and how it works.

Coaching youth lacrosse players ages 8 - 12, in the North Denver area the fundamentals of the game and growing their love of the sport. Coaching involves developing practice plans, attending all practices, games, and league meetings. Along with coaching responsibilities, I communicate all practice and game information with the parents and program coordinator.

At this position I started as a server in the dinning room at Keystone Place Senior Living. My duties include waiting tables, busing tables, setting up for service, and breaking down at the end of my shift.I was promoted to dining room manager after only several months of employment. This increased my responsibilities to include ordering product, and managing other staff.

While working as the Marketing Coordinator, I was in charge of several different areas of the marketing efforts. I spent a large amount of time working on email campaigns. I was in charge of coding them, and selecting the target market for that email. I was also in charge of the lead management system, reporting on its growth, and setting up new clients. I also was in charge of content management, for maintenance, and new clients.
