Qualified on 75+ ICD methods, including more than half that use the TECAN. Knowledgeable in various TECAN scripts, including dilution, plating, Cal/QC preparations, weekly MCA leakage test, and daily TECAN maintenance. Successfully completed a complex project involving the development of a calibrator and quality control drug prep from the ground up. Quickly determined the drug needed for the project and different concentrations required for the drug. Self-taught the dynamics of making a pharmacokinetic calibrator and quality control drug prep in one day in comparison to a high-level skill set a senior scientist or more advanced scientist would perform.
