- Investing client assets in line with their investment plan using company model portfolios- Rebalancing client portfolios- Liquidating client securities as requested - Establishing systematic purchases and liquidations to meet client goals as described in the financial plan- tax-loss harvesting client assets when appropriate

- Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and other materials for client meetings- Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquiries, and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date- Onboard new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information- Support the team’s marketing strategy by maintaining marketing materials, including digital and social media platforms, and planning client events and seminars

- Responsible for the processing and support of a variety of tasks such as placing equity, mutual fund, and option trades, processing trade allocations, systematic purchases and redemptions, trade corrections, DRIP instructions, removal of worthless securities, etc.- Service trading-related issues for advisors and their clients and play a key role in reaching departmental goals and objectives.- Build upon existing relationships with Registered Investment Advisors, vendors, and internal business partners on a regular basis.- Take steps to prevent errors and minimize both firm and advisor risk.- Provide world-class service to Advisors and their end-clients on a daily basis.

- Handle incoming advisor and client phone calls to provide operational expertise, share industry and organizational best practices, troubleshoot complex situations and resolve service issues- Act as a liaison between internal support teams including Sales, Risk Management, Trading, Retirement Accounts, Technology etc and advisors and clients- Educate advisors and clients on processes, services and procedures of the TD Ameritrade platform- Work together with clients to problem solve and create a positive client experience- Create lasting business relationships through communicating and listening
