Responsible for liaising with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies to identify transnational money laundering and terrorist financing threats and execute operational plans to counter and/or prosecute their illicit financial networks.

Inpatient and outpatient at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) while recovering from injuries sustained on active duty. Completed transition to civilian life through DoD's Operation Warfighter Program (OWF), which places transitioning service members in internships across the federal government to lead to hiring opportunities.

Worked directly for the Secretary of the Navy to ensure message alignment, schedule execution, and stakeholder synchronization across the Navy Secretariat, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and Congress.

Interacted with members of Congress and senior defense officials to ensure alignment between Navy and the Hill, while managing a broad portfolio that included Strategic Laydown, anti-piracy operations, the Arctic, and special warfare.

Responsible for the manning, training, and development of all 343 crew members.

Led the largest division on the ship (over 40 sailors) in the safe execution of high risk deck evolutions while deployed to the Arabian Gulf for nine months in support of Operation INHERENT RESOLVE.

Led 18 sailors in the maintenance and operational employment of all shipboard strike warfare systems. Assisted combat operations in the Arabian Gulf in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM (OEF/OIF).
