While working as a production line manager at Menasha Packaging, I maximized quality as well as efficiency within a lean production system. I successfully lead teams of around twenty individuals and did so by communicating across several language barriers. During my time at Menasha I frequently operated various Microsoft Office services, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. In addition to this, I have experience in sales from my time working at McSports as a sales executive. While at McSports I was a leader in sales within the winter sports department and routinely exceeded sales goals. Furthermore, during my time at Illinois State University, I was member of the men's lacrosse team in which I held two separate leadership roles: secretary and vice president. As secretary I managed team attendance and communicated on behalf of the president and vice president. In this position I frequently utilized Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and other Microsoft Office products. While acting as the team vice president I organized various events including community service, team practices, and social events held on behalf on the team. In addition to this, I worked in creating team apparel in which I utilized Adobe Photoshop.
