• Support the cross-functional team through teaching methods of reliability and root cause analysis. Utilize experience as Mechanical Engineer to facilitate changes to Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs as well as training technicians to execute PMs.

• Successfully managed a project from initial concept through installation to automate a packaging line, reducing people on the line from 12 to 3 across 3 shifts per day.
