Edwards EnterpriseOne to create and manage purchase orders, change orders, work orders, and generate reports to aid in project forecasting and ensure the project is staying on budget. • Support the Project Manager through the procurement, planning, and execution of large and complex commercial projects.• Coordinate with trades, sub-trades, and the client from project award to completion to ensure the project stays on schedule and meets deadlines.• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to procure key project materials, coordinate equipment deliveries, and identify money-saving opportunities.• Review equipment engineering drawings against project specifications to create submittals for client approval.• Create estimates and quotes for project change orders and new work orders upon client request.• Support trades and problem solve as issues arise.• Act as on-site project supervisor• Develop project safety plans, complete daily pre-job hazard assessments, and conduct random site inspections
