Bartender/Food Server in the Bistro/Bar section!

Working under a great team at KkandCo Interior Design, I learnt a lot of valuable personal and communication skills on dealing with clients, offering advice and counselling on designing home interiors and managing paperwork and documentation to be sent off to builders and agents.This role allowed me to gain confidence in material and product knowledge as well as understanding complex building plans and elevations.

Working in both retail and productionHaving a variety of skills and assets in barista experience, making other drinks, toasting bagels etcAs well as producing donuts and making the product to send out to other stores.As a team leader roles also include managing a team of 5-6 people every day, delegating and communicating roles and responsibilities, managing stock and ordering produce and communicating with higher management.

Started off working on the registers and shop floor of Kmart, also in loss prevention. Then expanded my role to the back of house bringing in stock and stacking it on the shelves.

Working as a Grill/Fry Chef at Mcdonald's and on the line assembling burgers.
