While working as part of the Transportation division I had to the opportunity to get hands-on experience in large scale road and motorway infrastructure projects. I gained a great deal of knowlegde from other more developed members on the team while also having the opportunity to undertake design aspects and elements using AutoCAD.

Working alongside more experienced members of staff helped in gaining experience with both the operations and running of the company. It allowed me to get hands-on with a number of jobs, giving value to the work. Working in this environment also thought me to how to operate successfully under high pressure while maintaining a high standard of quality at all time.

Developed excellent customer service, time management and listening skill. Working as part of a large and busy team helped to prove myself as a valued team member. This also thought me how to work efficiently and effectively with others.My responsibilities included working behind the bar, dealing with customers and ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
