Oversaw all back of house operations including cash office, stock rooms & business support. Covered as Duty Manager in the absence of the Store Manager. Additional responsibilities included being the Master Alarm Code Holder, Designated Premises Supervisor (responsible for all alcohol & age restricted products sold in store), Senior First Aider for the store (in charge of ensuring all first aiders were fully trained & aware of any changes in company policy regarding first aid.)Named as Employee of the Month in September 2014 following the most successful stock loss result in the store's history (entire Stock Take overseen & led by myself.)

During 9 years in Southampton Store, I held a number of positions. Most notably: Business Support Supervisor - running the cash office & business support team. This included balancing the safe on a weekly basis, doing financial checks on the system to ensure tills & floats balanced, etc. Endless Aisle Supervisor - running an online operation worth over £1 million per annum. I ran a team of 10 & was responsible for doing all staff rotas on the department, as well as ensuring our service level agreements were always met. Store Trainer - I was in charge of all training for the entire store alongside my Endless Aisle Supervisor position. This entailed completing inductions, till training & account training for all new starters, as well as implementing new training programs for existing staff members. Named Employee of the Month on x2 occasions during my time in Southampton. Once for going above & beyond in regards to dealing with a First Aid incident, the other was for making our Endless Aisle department the most productive & profitable within the whole of the South East region.
