Dr. Grosso is a respected, accomplished and board-certified orthopaedic surgeon, business leader and veteran, who has cultivated an impressive background over the last three decades. His global military experience has made him a dynamic leader and translated into his business management as President of The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics (CAO), one of the largest private providers of orthopaedic care in the country. In addition to his role as President of CAO, he is currently President at MedVanta, the nation’s largest physician-owned and operated musculoskeletal management services organization (MSO) founded by the same physicians who launched CAO in 2013. Headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, MedVanta’s next-generation MSO solutions were specifically designed MSK private practices.Dr. Grosso specializes in sports medicine, total joint replacement and partial knee replacements, and believes private practice medicine is the best way to serve patients. He practices through CAO out of Catonsville, Columbia and Eldersburg, Maryland. His orthopaedic research has been published in several peer-reviewed journals.
