As a Talent Management Center of Excellence Graduate Intern, I strategically conduct extensive data analyses and deliver comprehensive reports to senior HR leaders and mission-critical stakeholders to identify opportunities for business development. I evaluate complex data and launch initiatives to blend multiple business approaches into uniform strategies targeting underperforming operations. I assess operational performance metrics to determine strategies for improving employee retention in the future. I also serve as subject matter expert on human resource policy and lead performance review audits for operation of over 75000 employees. I transformed monthly new leadership orientation trainings for over 50 new leaders, supporting ongoing leadership knowledge and advancement in performance management and engagement. I overhauled targeted analyses of registered nurses and specified 16 essential development themes, leading to sustainable improvements in nursing leadership.

As a graduate teaching assistant, I actively engaged students to identify areas in need of greater attention and tailored review sessions to drive student competency in statistics. I mentored over 30 students and worked one-on-one with students to improve knowledge and enhance statistical outputinterpretation. I assessed up to 20 student assignments and delivered feedback to postgraduate students within a single week. I personally entered grades into appropriate data systems and engaged faculty members about poor student performance. I successfully developed and implementedsuperior examples of academic and business statistical documentation in addition to authoring primary guide on student subject mastery. I also achieved development of numerous examples of statistical tests in multiple formats for student reference.

As a research coordinator, I consistently collaborated with cross-functional teams charged with performing research within both clinical and laboratory settings, especially involving the investigation of acute and chronic effects of traumatic brain injuries. I furthered periodic reviews of research standard operating procedures, ensuring maximum levels of accuracy. I earned positive recognition for presenting research findings at several national conferences. I achieved selection as a finalist in the researchcompetition for submitted poster presentations of the 2017 National Neurotrauma Symposium. I also effectively trained and managed a high-performing team of three research assistants responsible for assessing the psycho-physiological effects of traumatic brain injury.
