Nick is a partner in the UK, leading the Digital Audit North region team from Manchester. Nick is currently based within the Financial Services team, focusing on large, international financial institutions. Nick has also worked extensively with clients in the Consumer, Technology and Leisure sectors.Until recently, Nick was a partner in PwC China/ Hong Kong leading its Third Party Trust practice, helping clients to demonstrate to stakeholders, including regulators, how they keep their promises.Nick has led both audit and consulting projects for large financial institutions, including complex technology solutions, development of security framework, processes and controls optimisation projects.Key experience:- Evaluated solutions to complex technology improvement and resilience projects at global clients including batch integrity and single points of failure analysis- Led programme assurance engagements for global system deployments with FTSE/Fortune 500 clients- Implemented a security framework at a client and also led a project to build a tool to manage access security for Fortune 500 and UK multinational.- Worked with global client to define standardised dashboard reporting across key financial process- Process Optimisation exercises completed for business and IT processes for reporting and operational purposes- Led roll-out of globally assurance processes including the deployment of models to Shared Service Centres- Led technology and process elements of FTSE audit tenders including designing the proposition.Other experience:- Led the development of the Learning and Education curricula for the Risk Assurance practice for the UK firm;- As a director in the UK firm, led one of the firm's Controls Assurance teams (100 FTE).
