I enjoy building relationships with business partners and, through collaboration, guiding them to the solutions that best satisfy their needs. Throughout my years of development experience, I learned that well-thought-out user-centric application design has the power to increase productivity and to simplify the lives of end users. Conversely, I learned that solutions that do not focus on the end user's needs often add unnecessary complications and slow productivity. Another passion I have is for my amazing family. I've had the good fortune to be able to provide care for my two children up to the commencement of primary school. The challenges of caring for two young children requires problem solving skills not unlike the skills required to navigate challenges in the workplace.
