The Development Group is a land, development and investment agency based in London NW1. My primary roles are to buy and sell residential and commercial opportunities on behalf of my clients. I also provide development consultancy, valuation advice, planning and financial viability analysis.

My role at Luxe Property Group is to source and package development opportunities. I used my vast network of connections built up from working in the Central London market to find development and investment opportunities for Luxe property group or members of the property fund. I also worked on brokering sites between other developers and making property deals work for all parties.

I spent over 5 years at London Residential and learnt a wealth of knowledge from my Managing Director on the Central London property market. I was the top sales negotiator throughout all my time there, I still hold the record for money banked in a quarter and a whole finacial year.
