Responsible for applying local and state regulations of wastewater treatment systems serving individual homes, businesses, and housing developments. Under the Sanitation in Subdivisions Act this position reviews sanitation facilities, including the water supply, sewage disposal, solid waste disposal, and storm drainage systems. Also providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance of county residents and businesses with public health laws.
