My current chapter in manufacturing. Machining process improvement, and development. Working with and training operators to help them succeed to make quality parts for our company to create some of the best agriculture equipment for our customers.

Where I was able to bring all my experience and skill to positively impact manufacturing. Through programming and sop development, I was constantly in engagement with operators on the shop floor building up great skilled machinists to bring a quality product to our customers every day. I strived to make positive change and improve efficiency while reducing cost through various projects such as 5s, work cell development, and establishing processes.

Where I learned to master the machining process, work with many different tools and materials, and developed my skills in programing using Mastercam. I had many skilled individuals share their knowledge of the trade that I now pass on to others.

Where I got my start and fell in love with the industry of manufacturing and machining. I learned the basics of machines that is the foundation of my career. I operated and setup multiple machines throughout the shop and was exposed to many standard manufacturing and 5s techniques I still use to this day.
