About Nicholas Hemes

I own and manage a freight logistics agency named Dynamic Freight Solutions which focuses on providing top notch customer service experience with a diverse offering of freight based solutions. We aim to be as affordable as possible while providing excellent service to a transportation industry that is never short of surprises. Our experience and expertise allow us to consult with our customers in the way that has their best interest in mind whether we are able to win the business or not. My direct focus within the business is managing the operations in order to keep the highest possible customer retention percentage along with keeping the business running as profitable as we can. My business partner Robert has more of a focus on sales and expanding our business. Just this year we hired our first logistics representative in order to keep our service levels to our high standards. We are looking forward to what should be a very fun and challenging 2018.
