For nearly two decades, immersed in premier hotel and restaurant Operations Management, Nicholas’s business acumen and proven leadership methodologies have delivered successful and measurable business impact and results to several local Calgary restaurant businesses inclusive of large-scale luxury hotel chains.In 2021, Nicholas seized the opportunity at a new career path in Technology, diving in following the devastating effects of COVID-related market challenges experienced by the hospitality industry globally.Leveraging his deep expertise and skillset with complex business operations, sales, people management and customer-centric relationship building, Nicholas applied these skills in his new pursuit of Technology and SaaS-based solution sales with Calgary-native start-up, Tressl. Today, Nicholas draws heavily from his experience, successfully nurturing account and stakeholder relationships, expanding the product and technology footprint within customer environments, and ensuring ease of adoption by providing customer-focused product enablement. In true start-up fashion, in addition to his Customer Success and Account Management duties, Nicholas also now leads the product enhancement and development lifecycle at Tressl holding the additional title of Product Manager. Using agile-based methodologies, Nicholas successfully manages future product development and new release schedules, further proving value and creating meaningful business impact while ensuring client satisfaction.
